He believed that the temporary hardship was a fortune in disguise and that he had the ability to save the restaurant. Through years of struggle, Great Wall Szechwan has developed rapidly and become one of the top restaurants in the industry. The restaurant is well known for its authentic Szechwan dishes and professional service. The restaurant’s signature dishes are Boiled Beef, Mapo Tofu, Double-Cooked Pork Slices, which are the classic dishes of Szechwan Cuisine as well. The ingredients used are well selected—the key to tasty dishes. Yuan says that his goal and mission is to present the best Szechwan cuisine to the world.
